Welcome to City Conquest. By accessing or playing on city-conquest.com, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
City Conquest is recommended for players aged 12+ due to the nature of the website and game themes. If you are under 12, it is recommended you have permission from a parent/guardian to access the Service. This is to keep all players safe.
You are not allowed more than one account. If you are found to have more than one account, all of your accounts may be banned. If not your IP being banned. Creating accounts to gain unfair advantages is strictly not allowed. If anyone is found to be sharing accounts with another player, you may be banned without warning. You are responsible for all actions taken on your account.
Passwords stored in our database are encrypted. The best protection is using a strong password and never sharing it. If a user manages to access your account due to weak security, anything lost may not be recovered. Staff may take action such as IP banning the offending user when appropriate.
Advertising on City Conquest is totally forbid. This includes spamming users/forums with links to other websites/games. If you spam excessively you may be banned and/or IP banned. Where relevant, reports may be sent to services involved along with your IP.
Hate speech will not be tolerated by our staff. Our staff aim to provide a friendly and helpful service along with a friendly game. Anyone found to be using hate speech or bullying will be banned/IP banned and not welcomed back.
If at any time during gameplay you find a bug/exploit, report it immediately via the Helpdesk. If the bug involves an important exploit and you report it responsibly, you may be rewarded at staff discretion. If you take advantage of a bug/exploit, you will be banned.
City Conquest is only responsible for providing Gold after purchase through official methods. After receiving the Gold, you are fully responsible for what happens to them. City Conquest cannot be held responsible for any loss of Gold due to unauthorized access of your account.
Gold cannot be resold by you for anything other than in-game goods. You cannot purchase Gold with real money from other users unless officially authorized by City Conquest.
If you break the Terms and are banned, we will not refund your Gold. Under any circumstances, we do not refund the cost of Gold unless required by applicable law.
We (City Conquest Staff) have the right to ban or IP ban you at any time during gameplay, for any or no reason, to protect the Service and Community. Failure to read or familiarise yourself with these rules is your own fault and is not an excuse if you are banned for breaking them.
We have the right to update the Terms of Service at any time without notifying you. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
